How to Use the Vailox Dispute System Effectively

When Things Go Wrong

Most trades on Vailox complete smoothly, but occasionally disputes arise. Here’s how our dispute system works and how to use it effectively.

When to Open a Dispute

You should open a dispute if:

  • Seller claims they didn’t receive payment when you sent it
  • Buyer doesn’t release funds after you’ve fulfilled the order
  • There’s a disagreement about the trade terms
  • You suspect fraudulent activity

How to Open a Dispute

  1. Navigate to the trade in question
  2. Click “Open Dispute”
  3. Select the reason for your dispute
  4. Provide detailed evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, etc.)

What Makes Strong Evidence

For buyers:

  • Payment confirmation/receipt
  • Bank statement showing the transfer
  • Chat screenshots of agreed terms

For sellers:

  • Proof of non-receipt (bank statement)
  • Screenshots of agreed payment method
  • Evidence of incorrect payment amount

The Resolution Process

  1. Dispute opened: Both parties notified
  2. Evidence period: 48 hours to submit evidence
  3. Admin review: Our team examines all evidence
  4. Decision made: Funds released according to ruling
  5. Appeal period: 24 hours to contest decision

Tips for Smooth Resolution

  • Respond promptly to dispute notifications
  • Provide clear, organized evidence
  • Remain professional in all communications
  • Keep original copies of all documents

Our goal is fair resolution for all parties. The dispute system is there to protect you.
